Task sheets

A job breaks into tasks. Tasks can be drafted from what the shop has already done on that model.

  • Labour books to the task
  • Photographs hang on the task that took them
  • Improve the template and the next job gets it
  • A new hand works in the order the shop wants

Inspection templates

Run on a tablet. An item can require a photograph, or a measurement checked against limits.

  • An inspection cannot be completed without what it asks for
  • The photograph hangs on the item that failed
  • First and last task on a job is an inspection
  • Find it again from the machine a year later
